Maintaining Blood Sugar Levels With Diabetes
Diabetes is a condition of high blood sugar and once a person is diagnosed with diabetes levels of sugar in blood need to be maintained at optimum. Also if a person is diagnosed with diabetes it stays in him throughout his life.
Diabetes and high triglycerides are interdependant. A person with uncontrolled diabetes or who suffers from diabetes undetected tend to develop high triglycerides and similarly a person with high triglycerides will show insulin resistance and become diabetic in due course of time. It is therefore recommended by the American Diabetes Association, that the diabetics should keep their triglyceride levels under the 150 range.
