I have personally come to a very attuned sense of the power of drama. A famous man is credited with saying that a picture is worth a thousand words. If that is the case, then how much more potent is a moving picture, or drama? I’ve seen more people touched in their hearts through the use of drama than any amount of talking or inspirational speech could accomplish. In our very visually stimulated society, I find that it is extremely important to incorporate the use of drama classes in the raising of children. Through it they begin to understand the power of movement and message.

Talents are essential to creating a character that can do well in battle and easily advance to higher levels. As soon as a player reaches the 10th level they will start to gain 1 talent point for each level they gain. Each point can be spent in one of the 3 lines of talents.
A talent can do a number of things to enhance your character. Some talents improve your existing class abilities. Some talents give you new abilities and others lotro leveling guide improve your class skills. It is impossible to acquire every talent. Talents allow you to create a character that is truly unique.

Every company has operational goals and objectives. Improving profitability is the number one objective. Cost cutting is a regular mindset employed by executives. That’s why when I had my annual review the subject of improving fleet operations came up. My bonus structure is tied to performance so I am always on the lookout for new and better ways to do things. This year I have been assigned the task of reducing fleet maintenance costs. This won’t be an easy thing to do but with a little research and investigation I am sure I will be able to come up with some different solutions that can be further investigated.
