When I was still young, my dad used to bring us to different amusement parks to have some fun. After two to three hours of playing and riding in a merry go round, we will then go to a nearby food chain and have our favorite food ordered.
I’m a big girl now but the family fun never stops. But, the weekly activities has lessen to monthly. Now, we prefer to sit down and be updated with each other’s activities. Every so often, we would also go out and have some quality time together, strolling and ordering our favorite dishes.
My dad is a bit old now but the smile on his face never seems to fade everytime time he looks at us having fun and playing around. I still miss the old days but of course, I’m loving what we have right now.

Tie-Dye is a type of brightly-colored clothing that is exctremely popular in teen dancewear. Forms of Tie-Dye date back to Japan in the eight century, and it has also been a traditional form of clothing in Africa for many centuries.
Most shirts that use Tie-Dye are usually made from cotton. They are made by mixing up a bowl of dye, then tying off parts of the shirt. This can be done with string, or with rubber bands. The tied-off parts of the shirt are then dipped in the dye, and left to dry out for several hours. Bowles of different colors of dye may be mixed, so that different parts of the shirt can be dipped into them.
Once dried, the tied-off parts of the shirt will remain their original color, while the died portions will surround the uncolored portions in different shapes, depending on how they were tied. The most popular patterns are spiral, V-shaped, and circular. Tie-Dye was also extremely popular in the 1960s, as the colorful, chaotic patterns appealed to members of the countercultural movement.
For many, Tie-Dye is a traditional way to brighten up clothes, and brighten up your day.

My husband has spent quite a bit of time in Atlanta on business and he looks forward to eating at a restaurant right outside of Buckhead. It’s the best food ever. Its just lunch but you would never know it from the dishes they serve. They serve collard greens, tomatoes and okra, corn bread and sweet potatoe pie. Even though I was on a diet, I had to cheat while in Atlanta. In Atlanta, there is quite a bit of new construction. In Buckhead, newly constructed condos were everywhere. The prices were starting at 300,000. Atlanta is a very progressive area.

Losing weight is one of the most difficult things we sometimes have to do. Why? In the first place we’re usually not happy with how we look but we’re not unhappy enough to make a change, other wise we would have already. body fat loss requires big changes to our lifestyle, and the can often inconvenience us, thus it’s sometimes easier to just not do anything at all.
So how can you get out of the rut, and go for a change in your appearance. There are a couple of things you can do starting tomorrow that will help you towards your goal. The first is exercise, not a lot to be explained here other then you need to do it. Get out for a walk, run or jog, but get out and get active. The second is preparing more of your own meals at home with fresh ingredients, not premade foods, and cutting your portion sizes. For many of us it’s not what we eat but how much, and for the rest it’s a matter of cutting back on eating out and high fat processed meals we buy already made.
