One of the things that’s confusing for a lot of people is the whole debate over how to decide on satellite TV providers. There’s been a lot of back and forth in the media and online about Dish Network vs Direct TV, so it’s easy to understand why some people get as confused as they do. My simple rule for comparing the two is to take a legal pad, put in two columns with all the things I want out of my TV, and then make checks next to each one that either company features. The one with the most checks in the end gets my business.

(Reasons for First World War) The murder of Franz FerdinandFranz Ferdinand was the Crown prince of Austria-Hungary. His demise added fuel to the ‘spark’ that caused the First World War. Franz Ferdinand was the crown prince of the Austrian empire. In 1914 he and his wife went on a visit to Serbia, a country that Austria had a strong influence over. Several Serbian nationalists, who wanted independence from Austria, decided that they would try to kill the prince. On 28th June 1914 they succeeded. His death led to the Austrian government making very strong demands on Serbia. Russia, keen to gain influence in Serbia, supported the Serbs. Days later the First World War had begun with the Germans declaring war on Russia.

Deciding what to do on a first date with someone isn’t always easy. As you don’t know their persons likes or dislikes or a huge amount of what their interests are, date ideas need to be played safely, not to put them off. A great twist on a classic date is to go to a comedy club. It relieves the pressure of having to make small talk and stops uncomfortable silences. Laughter will break the ice and allow you both to feel comfortable with each other. As long as the comedian is good, the night is guaranteed not to be a flop.
