When you call in to get your computer fixed, internet connection tech’d, or just want to pay your bill at the department of motor vehicles you will undoubtedly end up at a call center of some sort. Some call centers are in house and run by software while others are entire buildings dedicated just to calls that come in for trouble shooting or customer service. Call center technology has become quite sophisticated lately and now call centers are spread out all over the United States (and abroad as well). Their is a great way to network these call centers to make traffic flow more efficient too!

In searching for a way to display our products prominently at the next trade show we are attending, I found a very cool exhibition stand.
It is a single sided banner stand that rests on a cartridge that allows for easy change outs of your graphics banners. Say we want to feature a different product each day at the show, we only have to change out the rolled up banner and within a few minutes we have a whole new display!
For the price, It is remarkably easy to use and provides the functionality that works for us. This could also easily be used at our home store also by switching out banners for sales or product promotions.

I have been collecting movies on DVD for a long time. Some of my movies are collectables now and I don’t want to lose them. I mostly don’t want them to degrade beyond use and value. I figure if I can make back up copies I can watch the copies and keep the originals safe and in pristine condition. All I have to go is find me a DVD Decrypter. I need one that is easy to use because I am not nerdy techie. I have about a hundred back ups to make and it will take long enough with something easy to use and I don’t need complications.
