What size of a crate do I get to house my dogs? I recently rescued two dogs from the shelter and they will undoubtedly keep growing. The shelter suggested they were mixed breeds so I do not know exactly how big they will get. Do I need a separate crate for each dog? Can I get different sizes for crate training puppys? Is there such a thing as a crate too big? I am positive there are ones that are too small but I do not want them to feel their home is too big and I do not want to invest in a bunch of crates.

Since joining I have cast off a few pounds, have made some great friends, and my self-confidence has sky rocketed.What finer way to lost that excess weight, and have fun at the same time. I was over my friend’s house the other day and she has the neatest thing that I knew I just had to share with you. We were sitting in the living room, talking about a bunch of things at works that were stressing me out. She’s good at listening to me vent, but after awhile, I realized it wasn’t just her sympathetic ear that was calming me down. I heard the magical sound of wind chimes coming from her kitchen. It was hot outside, with an afternoon thunderstorm blowing hard, so I knew her windows weren’t open. All I could hear was the tranquil sound of the chimes, and it made me feel good. When she got up to refill our tea cups, I hopped up and followed her towards the kitchen. "Is that wind chimes I hear? How can that be?” Sure enough, when we got to the kitchen, there were a set of wind chimes by the window, but the window was closed. I asked her what was up, and she showed me, "They’re solar! We got them last month. They don’t need wind; they use solar energy to ring the chimes.” I was flabbergasted, what a cool idea. I just had to have one.
