My mom is thinking about selling her house and moving into an apartment sometime in the not-too-distant future. In anticipation of the big move, she’s started to get rid of the things she no longer wants or needs. She’s given a lot of things to charity, and has sold many others in garage sales. What didn’t sell, however, was an expensive luggage set she owns. It’s just like new, so it would be a shame to give it away for nothing. I’ve suggested that she advertise her luggage for sale on a local web site. Hopefully it will help her in her quest to downsize and also benefit somebody else who’s in need of luggage.

When it comes to losing weight you really should do your homework. You don’t want to fall victim to yet another diet that doesn’t work because its not formatted correctly. The thing about diets are they often tell you to do ridiculous things that actually hinder your body’s ability to get rid of the weight. When you eat you fuel the furnace inside and that is what makes the calorie burning take place. I’m not saying the best weight loss program is to just eat the right foods to keep the furnace hot, exercise can help it along. You do have to watch how much of certain foods you eat however.

I have a friend that has the coolest job ever. She is a female voice talent for a local radio station. She does commercials and promotions for them and has even done some tv work too. I love to be listening to the radio and hear her come on the air to sell something. She has a really amazing voice so I see why the station hired her for that job. I wish I could do that but my voice isn’t exactly radio quality, no matter it is still really neat having a friend who does this sort of thing for a living anyway.
