When my sister decided to finally do something for herself, she took and online course in accounting and got her associates degree in accounting online.
I am so proud of her for doing this. After listening to her tell me she was too old to go back to school and start a new career, I am so glad she finally changed her mind and went for it.
She had been chained to her grandchildren for the last 12 years, so it was about time. I told her she raised her kids, and she needed to do something for herself for a change!

As if doing my own taxes was not bad enough, now I have the opportunity to do my mom’s too. She is in a nursing home with dementia and could not possibly do them on her own. Her income covers barely half of the cost of her care givers so there is no doubt that she owes nothing. Yet I have to pull together all of the papers from her small retirement income and her meager bank accounts and prepare the tax returns. There should be a point in a person’s life when they become exempt from filing income tax.

The problems man faces today (social, political, racial, ecological) are a direct result of human behavior. Human behavior is a dynamic outworking of a world view. If your world view, your life-philosophy, justifies pollution, you will pollute. If it justifies racism, you will be a racist. If it justifies murder, you will have no hesitation in murdering others. If your world view is molded and formed by others who do not have your best interests at heart, you will live an unfulfilled life.
Humanity’s problems, behavior, world view and origins are intimately related.
Therefore, resolution of problems depends on a change to proper behavior which demands a change to a correct world view. The point we are trying to make is that the problems of today’s (particularly Western) society cannot be solved without addressing humanity’s world view.
The vast majority have no understanding of a world view, and would be even less inclined to adapt their behavior to one that does not violate the Laws of Nature and absolute truth. So we stress again, that changing everyone’s world view, is an impossible task. It would be easier to move Mount Everest one foot to the left than change society’s world view. And this is why we comprise a unique group of individuals. We realize that our behavior needs to adapt to achieve a fulfilled life. But at the same time, we realize that we exist within a society which does not and cannot understand our approach to life.
So, no matter what those around us believe and try to impose on us, we understand that: - A correct world view affects our approach to life which in turn leads to true solutions and a fulfilled life.
To put this another way: The behavior of each and every society depends on their world view, and the measure of how fulfilled each society is depends very much on their behavior. The two are inextricably linked.

Mark is a grad student of mine who for reasons I can’t explain always wants to speak with me outside of class. I thought his interest was of an academic nature;however I soon realised was more of a personal nature. Yesterday in the confines of my office he blurted out ” professor I have breasts and I need to get rid of them. After my initial shock I inquired as to what the heck is he talking about. When can you feel really safe online? I know I thought that I had myself secure and my computer on virus lock down, then I tried to search for something online and it advised me that the computer may be infected.
