Two Chinese business men have filed lawsuits against Apple and several other companies for use of the intelligent audio server that Apple uses for the iPod. According to the iPod News report about the lawsuit, the two men have claimed that they hold the patent ot the intelligent audio server and they filed that patent back in 1996 and it was finally granted to them in 2002. This is just another lawsuit that Apple has to file in their long list of other lawsuits. They are also getting sued for the iPhone 3G cracking and for poor iPhone 3G performance.

Camping is one of those past times that always helps me to remember the good old days. Growing up my family would go on an annual camping trip for 2 weeks up in the mountains. We would bring friends with us, and just be out in the wilderness. It is definitely one of the greatest memories of my childhood. Because of that experience, now as an adult, I cannot help but get away at least once a year out in the woods. I love being out there, choosing the right Tents for the right location, and just get away from all the craziness of life.

Looking for a gift for a baby? The best baby toy this year has been the rainforest jumperoo from fisher price. Fisher Price toys have stood the test of time. They are educational and durable and usually great fun too. The rainforest jumperoo is a great way to keep baby amused for a while so that you can perhaps get on with something else. Not sure about that though, you might enjoy watching your little baby having such fun! Babies just chortle with joy when they are put into the jumperoo.
The jumperoo is on a free standing frame and the soft padded seat swivels 360 degrees so baby can play with al the toys spread out around the frame. At the front is a musical toy that lights up when activated. All the toys are activated by something the baby does so it is very stimulating and rewarding for him or her.
This toy would be a good choice for a baby toy for Christmas 2008.

Saving the planet is one thing that we all long to do, but very few are educated enough to actually be able to do it. I was wondering what it would take to not only save the planet, but also save money in this trying economic time. I searched online and found a system called off the grid. These guys give you blue prints for building your own solar panels and wind machines with parts you can buy at a hard ware store. The best part about it is that you can get started for as little as $200. Now the ball is in your court.

I have been dealing with an argument with my husband. You know men sometimes are just too insensitive. My husband won’t heed to my request of having decorative light fixtures for the house. E kept on saying we don’t need decorative light fixtures because they are not necessary. He added they are just waste of money and I should think of something else instead. He just doesn’t see that I want to have decorative light fixtures because it may serve as the best decors for the house even if I don’t spend on other stuff. Oh, men are really head aches.

I work downtown and there is a problem with birds. A huge group of birds, it seems like hundreds, roost down there. They cause all kinds of racket and they eliminate their waste all over cars, sidewalks, buildings and even some unlucky people. The downtown business owners were so tired of these birds that we called Fort Lauderdale bird control for assistance with our problem. The bird control professionals came and assessed the situation. They decided to install bird repellents to discourage or keep the birds from roosting in the area. It worked! Now we no longer have to put up with the birds.
