In for a penny in for a pound is the old saying. Another related old saying is ‘If I had a penny for everytime some body said that I would be rich.” Well, if I had a penny for every time someone asked me whether home reversion is the same as equity release I would be a very, very rich man. I have answered this question more times than I can care to remember so I thought I would put it on paper. Home reversion is a type of equity release. Equity release encompasses a number of different products. Of which, one is home reversion. That’s it. The answer.

Am i the only person in the world who thought that the Runner’s Vision aspect of Mirror’s Edge was expertly pulled off? I liked the fact that there was no glaring trail to take you out of the game world. The only indication of a possible trail according to PS3 Blog is the fact that the next object is highlighted in red. It is refined and elegant like most things in the game world are. I think it fit the mood perfectly and I wouldn’t trade it in for the world for some trail that would just totally not fit right into the game world.
