I have often wondered what the best way to quit smoking would be and over the years I have tried several different ways myself. I am still a smoker so they all failed but I would say that it was me that failed rather than the system I used.
I did succeed in quitting smoking for five years but somehow weakened and started smoking again. I have recently been looking to find some support and I have bought an online guide to quitting smoking which I plan to put into effect this week.
The best way to quit smoking is the one that works for you so try them all because the cost is almost unimportant when you think of the money you will save if you succeed in stopping smoking.

The recession is coming there can be no doubt about that, obviously at has me worried as I guess a lot of people are at the moment. The fact is though I need a car to get me around as I live in the country side and my old one is pretty much dead. So what should I go for? Well I clearly don’t want to be spending a great deal of petrol, road tax or finance repayments in case things get worse. So I think I will opt for a VW Polo. Its in the lowest tax band uses very little fuel and is cheap to buy, spot on!

Hemroids are enlarged veins in the walls of the anus and around the rectum.
The number one cause of hemroids is constipation which makes the veins in the walls of the rectum/anus swell and appear. Other causes of hemroids are diarrhea, obesity, pregnancy, aging, as well as heredity.
Hemroid treatment is different from person to person. It also depends on the type of hemroids, as well as the severity. For pain relief and irritation/swelling, there is the topical hemroid treatment. There are also a number of natural or herbal hemroid treatments such as Horse-chestnut extract, Butcher’s Broom, etc. Prevention of hemroids includes weight control, refraining from strenuous activities, and eating food rich in fiber.

The more I learn about technology the more impressed I am. My first Nintendo had a large consol, wired controlers and played a cartridge the size of an eight track. I do not even mention an eight track to my grand children. Today they each carry their own NDS R4 with them. There is no need to plug it into a TV as it has two screens of it’s own. With the R4 unit they can copy the game discs to a memory chip and not have to carry around a suitcase full of game cartriges. How soon will it be before we just implant the chip into their eyes.
