Looking into a green tea diet? You are not alone. Green tea has been featured on many shows and news channels and it is very popular. Many celebrities have used it and endorsed it as a way to detoxify the body and lose weight fast. But how quickly can you lose weight?
First of all, there is no miracle weight loss program, so green tea isn’t exactly the miracle you may have been looking for. However, it does increase metabolism, so it should be treated as an aid for your weight loss. Next of all, you will need to continue with a healthy diet and exercise. Just taking green tea won’t make you shed massive amounts of pounds. You will need to put in the effort to lose the weight, despite the many commercials saying that green tea is the miracle cure.

I was looking through the Sunday paper when I got to the classifieds. I usually skip over this section and go right onto the sports section but a full page ad for boat sales Vancouver caught my eye. I had been discussing getting a boat with my wife just the other day and what amazed me so much was that she was agreeable to the topic and told me to find something that we both would like. See I knew there was a catch, something we both had to like. This was going to be a tough one since we both had different views of how fast a boat should go.

The industry needs your business, so don’t be afraid to ask if they can do better than the advertised rate. Finding cheap airfares may be just around the corner for you. Some companies are offering price matching—if someone else offers the same trip at a lower price before your departure date, they will refund you the difference. Even if they’re not offering, if you find a better deal somewhere else, ask if they’ll match it; you’ve got nothing to lose, and you may be pleasantly surprised.

I do a lot of traveling. I am a photographer and travel about 90% of the time. Most of the insurance I like to have available to me is only available to regular folks that live in a house or apartment and work close to home. I had to find a travel insurance guide for people like me. I found one that catered to people that travel a lot in their professions and I began to understand that other kinds of travelers also need special insurance when they traveled. I got together with the insurance company I used and we put out a travel insurance guide to cover all kinds of insurance you might find useful when traveling.
