There seems to be a new word that is cropping up more and more as time goes on and that is zasted. I didn’t know what it meant, however after just doing a little bit of research I found out that the word comes from wasted and that it is now used to describe somebody who looks in a total mess. There are plenty of people who can fill the zasted sites that are around. With more people now carrying Mobile Phones with cameras and Digital cameras themselves then the rich and famous can be caught out just about whenever they have a weak moment.

It didn’t take me long after I was married to find the way to my husband’s heart was through football tickets. Like most men, he loves good cooking and lots of attention. But to make a real impression, I learned to surprise him with Colts Tickets. Although getting him into the games he wanted wasn’t always easy, I eventually found that I could order tickets online for almost any event I wanted. I got in the habit of presenting my husband with football tickets for every occasion. He is convinced I am brilliant and can read his mind. Who am I to argue?

Last year I watched a television show about how important it is to have a current will and trust, and I told my wife that we needed to have one established for us. I was worried about what would happen to our kids if things weren’t made very clear, and I didn’t want our assets to be tied up in court for months or years. I called a Rhode Island probate attorney, and we went in to talk with him. He gave us the information we needed to make the necessary decisions, and he took care of the paperwork. Now we have everything in order, and I feel much more prepared.

After all of this checking and looking, the new family finally found the perfect house for them. It was a four bedroom home. It was not very big, but perfect for them. they wanted a large family. I told my Real Estate Blog readers today that the best way to sell a house to someone is to put their best interests first. Do not go for the more expensive just because you want a bigger commission. You may lose the customer and ANY commission all together. The people will tell you what they want and you had better give it to them or they will go elsewhere!
