I have just a few amount of glasses that I would like displayed in our bar but they are very highly valuable so I want them protected but at the same time beautifully displayed. I have been looking at different glasses racks and while I love the idea of displaying them in a safe area I am not sure if that is the way I would like them displayed. Then again, they would probably be really safe and neatly organized so that everyone could see them and I could easily have access to them and probably stay really clean under the bar.

Last weekend my brother was working on his car. Because his car was not able to be driven I drove him around to find the parts he needed. One part that we had a hard time finding was the proper alternator for his year vehicle. While we were picking up various parts my brother told me that he and his wife had just started a new group to improve their marriage. He said that he and his wife have attended Married Couples Discussions groups in the past and they have done a world of good for them. He said he really wanted to strengthen his marriage.

When you go to purchase a new appliance do you find yourself knowing only very little about the available options? Sandy got into town and we met for cocktails last night at Doug’s place. They’ve got this whole list of “Martinis” on the menu and not one of them is really a Martini. Fortunately, they do actually shake a mean see-through even though it’s not on the menu, so all is well.
We eventually decided to just stay there for dinner. Sandy had hired a car with a Budget coupon, and after a couple of drinks decided she’d better eat something and have a little coffee before driving. We ended up staying until almost ten. Really good food too.
Not sure what she’s got planned for the rest of the week but we’ll keep everybody posted.
