Since I’ve been blogging about socks and customized socks, some questions have been coming back regularly so I thought it wouldn’t be a bad idea to clarify a few things. For example, several people have been asking me what was the difference between logo socks and custom socks. Well, amusingly enough, they are the same thing. Logo socks is indeed just another name for custom socks and it of course implies that these socks can get made with various custom logos. What I noticed is that they are usually called logo socks when used as promotional items while in the sports industry they are just referred as custom – or customized – socks.

When you are looking for airsoft gun ammuntion, you are only going to find two main types of ammo available. And those two types of ammo are seamless 6 MM BBs, and 6 MM Paintball BBs.
As you might have already noticed, the diameter of the BBs is the same, the only difference here is that one is a plastic BB, and one is a paintball. I think the idea of the paintball is just extremely cool, because now you can have a paintball war, and yet carry equipment that looks (except for the blaze orange tip), feels, and acts just like the real thing.

If your cancer has spread, there are still prostate treatment options available for you. The prostate cancer treatment that is right for you will depend on the extent that your cancer has spread. If your tumor has expanded beyond the edge of the prostate, prostate Surgery is no longer a viable option. Neither is radiation. Cancer that has spread to this extent can only be treated with hormones.
If your tumor has not expanded beyond the prostate gland, you have two options for prostate cancer treatment: prostate Surgery and radiation therapy. Radical Prostatectomy is the most certain form of prostate cancer treatment. This is where the surgeon removes the whole prostate gland and the nearby lymph nodes. This surgery is performed under general anesthesia. There is a risk of impotence and massive blood loss during prostate Surgery.
The other option for prostate treatment is radiation therapy. There are two main types of radiation therapy. The first is external beam radiation. In this treatment a machine is used to deliver the radiation. This prostate treatment is given 5 days a week over seven weeks. The second form of radiation treatment is “seed” treatment. In this treatment, pellets, referred to as seeds, are injected directly into the prostate. This prostate cancer treatment can be done in one visit, but there is more radiation involved. Therefore, there is more risk of discomfort.
The ten year cure rate is near the same for both radiation and prostate Surgery. You should carefully weigh the pros and cons of each type of treatment before deciding which is right for you.

I always complain to my husband that he is just not romantic. I didn’t think he had a romantic bone in his body. Then, he surprised me. He arranged for the kids to go to my parents house and he picked up tickets to a musical. On our way, we had a great dinner at a Japanese grill. We had sushi and blackberry wine. It was fun just being alone with the man that I never get to be alone with. After dinner and the show, he took me out for a nice stroll along the beach under the moonlight. How romantic!

If you are a heavy eater, cut back on the portion sizes. Don’t use comfort food as your means of relaxation – you will pay the price healthwise later in life.
Most importantly, stop and smell the roses. It isn’t all about the next buck or that promotion. Life is too short to place much value on things that fade only too quickly.

Like most kids in their mid twenties I have a strong desire to get out and see different things. I’ve grown up in the Midwest, and always wanted to move to New York City. I’m finally in a position to do so, and I’m so excited. I was able to find an apartment, and possible roommate online, which is really cool. I’ve also looked into parking in manhattan, so I know where the rates are. Now I just need to find a job there and I will be completely set. I can’t wait to say goodbye to these cornfields. Here I come New York.
