There are third party companies that offer used car extended warranties under various schemes. Some companies may offer a coverage plan for the engine and internal parts and offer second plan for the coverage of lubricated parts including the first plan as well.
Sounds like a DISH TV subscription. Choose your channels and pay the rent on channels. Some extended car warranties require that the car be brought to the same shop from where the warranty has been sold for that car. Some warranties offer deductibles on per repair basis to the same car that has been repaired continuously for the same part.
Some used car extended warranties stipulate the terms of payment. Some may require that the buyer pay the repair cost on his own and later produce the bill for reimbursement of the amount.
After all it’s the cars health insurance, think so. Secondly, the company may want the buyer to pay the half of the repair cost, while the remaining will be paid by the company itself.
There are companies that are associated with the repair shops, servicing centres at different places where such facilities can be used and the payment can be made in deductibles and the remainder of the payment can be collected from the warranty company by service centres.
Experts advise the buyers to check the financial capability of used car extended warranty companies whether they have good financial banking to provide service to the car.
Many financial institutions termed as leaders in their respective horizon have gone bankrupt, so it would be wise decision to get some research done before purchasing a used car extended warranty.
And moreover little bit of research will save money on interest rates, get more coverage and better used car extended warranty.
