I was so tired after a hard day at work that I just wanted to crash in my bed and call it a night. But my best friend called me because he knew that I would be able to help him with something that he was doing. When he first called, I did not even want to pick up my cell phone because I was so exhausted and I did not want to talk to anyone. But I picked up and he asked me to help him with a grey’s anatomy quiz that he was trying to complete. Since I know this tv series well, I answered all the questions and he won a gift because of it.

We had a great conference for mormon women a couple weeks ago and we met first for a taco salad bar and cake. I sat at a table with a group of my mormon women friends and we had the best time chatting, then we heard from a few different speakers, one of which let us know how we were doing with our goal for the year to gave 2009 hours of service. We ended up giving a combined 9,000 hours and more, and those are just the hours that were documented. I was so proud as I saw the slideshow of what these women did.
