Fashion Individuality

I do not like dress codes. I don’t care if the code is for a school, a business or a club. People are unique, no two are alike. Why should our clothing have to be the same? One thing I have noticed over the years is that, even while wearing a uniform, people will find a way to be noticed. Even if it’s something simple like tying your tie a different way or adding a piece of jewelry, people want to stand out from the crowd. Streetwear, in my personal opinion, should be allowed anywhere within reason. I can understand not wanting a micro skirt in a school, but don’t treat people like sheep either.

The work my step-son did on his Kids Bedrooms

On Saturday morning I was in my side yard pruning my small apple tree. I had only bought this tree back in March and it has already grown to a size I could not believe. Around eleven my step-son called me on my cell-phone. He said that he was going to be taking his real estate exam in the next few days. I was happy for my step-son. These past few weeks he seems a lot more motivated. A couple of weeks before he took the time to renovate his Kids Bedrooms and had done some work in his basement to improve it.

Possibly a shortage of new homes

It was only about three years ago, that new home construction was making money hand over fist. It seemed like new homes and tracks of homes were going up all over the place, all over the country. It isn’t this way today and I don’t know how long it’s going to be, before things actually change.

Obviously new home builders in the west midlands today are having problems purchasing properties cheap enough to build homes on and make a profit, but things are going to change and they always do. We need to remember that people are still populating, who haven’t purchased or can’t afford to purchase homes right now. There’s a good chance that most of these people are saving up for a future down payment on their beautiful new dream home.

Lifting System

My boss said we needed a new overhead lifting system, so I started looking for an overhead crane for sale. First I considered an overhead traveling bridge crane that needs an elevated runway installed along the length of a factory. The hooks can be positioned with pinpoint accuracy so the loads can be gently lifted into position. Next I looked at the gantry crane which runs on a track at floor level instead of being elevated. The last one was a jib crane with a rotating head assembly that carries a hoist and trolley, and it can be motorized. I gave the specs and price list to the boss so he could make the final decision.
