A diet that is high in protein, needs a lot of water. The problem could be that it mimics weight loss due to water loss. Combined with intense physical exercise, it can lead to weight problems. The high content of animal protein can make people high strung and tense, or sleepy, lethargic and have a general heavy feeling. Although this “anti” alkaline diet appears well balanced, if care is not taken, it could easily tip the scales towards an acid-forming, contractive and warming diet. Since the people tend to be active it might not be a problem. But if they are sedentary it could lead them to have strong cravings for expansive, cooling foods, like alcohol.

I once read in a book something about “delayed gratification.” I think it means that if you buy now, you will find gratification in life later? Anyway, changing the subject . . . . I love stuff! I have piles of it in my room, and down the hall, in my bathroom; it’s everywhere! I also have a stack of credit card bills and I’ve just about maxed every card to the limit. Well, I guess I should take my mom’s advice and consolidate my credit card debt. Now . . . . where did that list of companies go . . . .

It hasn t been long since I finally let everyone know that I really was gay; but I m still having a bit of trouble in the dating arena; not really comfortable out there trying to get a date. What I want is an easier way to meet men who are gay; and perhaps I can then starting dating one of them. Since this is what I really want; I m now trying out online gay dating to see what it can do for me; and I m hoping that it is going to give me a way to start dating some gay men. Since online gay dating (gaydate) is completely new to me; I am hoping that I will be able to date gay people and meet this special someone.

I’ve heard I can do a lpn to bsn program in just four semesters and that would be awesome. I got my LPN a few years ago when I didn’t have the money to go for my BSN. Now, I’m looking forward to going back to school and going for the real thing. I know I’ll make a lot more money and have more career options available to me with my BSN. Besides, it’s just something that I want to do for myself to prove that I can do it. It will also make my mom proud that I actually got a 4 year degree.

I am taking a week off work next week to redecorate our bedroom and the closet. We will camp in the spare bedroom for a week and get a total redesign done for the bedroom. I will also repaint the closet and buy a new bedroom closet system to make full use of the space. I have short list that includes a rubbermaid closet plus some others. I really only chose Rubbermaid as I know the name. I think I will let my wife choose what’s best; she’s a far better organizer than I could ever be. I’m the more practical type than the thinker.
