Mad River Valley has to be my favorite place in the whole world. Believe it or not, I discovered it by accident when I was only 11 years old. I found one of those colorful tourist maps that showed in a very detailed way all the wonders of this place. It was so beautifully drawn, that it almost seemed like a cartoon about to come to life. Unmistakably, I fell in love with the place right away. When I was able to finally visit the lovely Mad River Valley, I knew like the back of my hand.
