A personal home project: setting up a recording studio

With the current spare room that I have available in my new home I have been considering the merits of setting up my own recording studio. In the years past I used to do some music gigs with a group of friends when we were going through college. It never developed into anything serious but music has remained a passion forever. Setting up a recording studio seems like a great way to continue to enjoy this passion. There is nothing better than having enough equipment to unleash your creative talents in the comfort of your home. As long as I don’t wake up the neighbors I should be safe.
