Band Resolution

From the gels ran, it was obvious that there was a problem with technique and/or material. The magic card shop bands were not clearly separated and they streaked. It was clear that the subunits of the histones were not clearly separated. This could be the result of any combination of reasons. These reasons include the length of time was not long enough; for next time. The ingredients of the gel were not appropriate for optimal separation.  This finding will prove more important as subsequent data is presented and analyzed.
