I have stumbled upon a great gym that teaches Salsa Dance Lessons, they do other options too, but the Salsa class is my favourite. Since joining I have cast off a few pounds, have made some great friends, and my self-confidence has sky rocketed.What finer way to lost that excess weight, and have fun at the same time. Plus salsa is one of the coolest dances around.Come and find me at the Factory Gym, the options are held weekly, and costs as little as £6 per person – AND they now do children options too!
