Is the “tramp stamp” still a tramp stamp?

It is starting to become more and more common these days for young ladies to have tattoo on their lower back aka the “Tramp Stamp”.  My question is because it is so common can we still consider it a tramp stamp? My answer is yes maybe the “stamps” or becoming so normal because the tramps are very “common”. As goofy and offensive as it sounds. That is what I think I’m eager to see your responses. I do see how this can be a a wee bit controversial if your the one with a tramp stamp or your sister has one etc. But it is what is.
