Moving the western Iowa border

The best way to increase western Iowa tourism would be to move the Missouri river about ten miles west of its present location. That would make Omaha belong to Iowa. It shouldn’t be that difficult of a task with the right equipment. After all it was America that built the Suez Canal and it is a lot longer than the change in the Missouri needs to be. We could just dig the dirt out where we want the river to flow and take that dirt and put it where the river flows now. A few thousand men and a few billion dollars and my dream could become a reality.
