Trying to avoid a job.

My cousin wants me to help him place an ad in the newspaper because he wants to announce that he has some watercolor paintings for sale. I told him that I would try and get to it by the end of the week, but I am really not sure if I will be able to do it because we have had some problems in the past and he never pays me on time. The last time I did an ad for him I had to wait two months before he paid me and he would not even answer my calls so I really do not like to work with him.
