Our medical practice has recently become overwhelmed due to the ongoing flu season. During the recent swine flu outbreak, our receptionists just could not keep up with the call volume. In fact, two of our staff were so overworked, they succumbed to the illness themselves. We are looking at various answering services, yet need one with a proven track record. We want someone who has been in business for year and can handle any task. Not only do we want an answering service, we would also like e-mail, fax and pager capabilities. The perfect company is out there, we just need to find it.
