With a single autoresponder, you can actually do more functions than simply sending out email replies. If you have one in place already, here are tips to further maximize them: * Always check and monitor if your messages are being sent on time. It wouldn’t hurt if you regularly check the efficiency of your autoresponder program, right? * When messages bounce back to you, check the cause why it did so. If the error occurs on your end, you need to rectify it right away – otherwise, notify the concerned subscribers of the errors.* Even if you don’t intend to have your subscribers opting out of your mailing list, put an option to unsubscribe at the end of each of your messages so readers are assured that you’re not just a spammer who wants to trap them into purchasing a product from you.* Create various interesting email contents every once in a while for your subscribers – you don’t want them to lose interest in your business in the long run, don’t you?
