Conduit Method-Easy Money or Scam?

Is the Conduit Method easy money for real or is it just another online scam?
Some say it is the only form of affiliate marketing that does not require selling. I like that. I always have trouble selling things. But what does it do? Who can I trust?
Well that lazy marketer says it is easy and the only way I can lose is if I DON’T do it.
Since I am fairly lazy that is interesting and a bit appealing to me. But I am also careful with my time and money most of the time, so I need to check it out.
