Considering Business Phone Equipment

My dad wanted me to scout for several phone equipments for his business.  So I did a little research thru the net and talked to several experts on the field ith regards to Business Phone Equipment.  I told them about the number of employees.  How frequent they could answer the phone.  It was recommended that one of the feature we should consider is having a phone with an answering machine.  I totally agree since sometimes there is nobody left to answer the phone and the calls remain unanswered which is very unlucky for the business.
