Developing Business using NLP
May 1st, 2009
Many people use NLP on themselves and others to develop their skills. But NLP can have wider uses than just this. NLP is really a system of modelling and you can use it to work out how people do what they do. Imagine the implications of being able to take your best performers and model the aspects of their behaviour that make them good at what they do. The result of this would be that you could then design training courses to get the rest of your staff to create the same results. In this way you could turn your organisation into a collection of star performers.
