Financial Concerns, Working Moms and Parenting

Financial concerns, working moms and parenting sometimes go hand in hand. Mothers who work outside the home have to balance their financial concerns with their concerns about the individual well-being of their children.
Most families struggle to get by on one salary which makes getting a job a necessity. But a working mother will possibly experience disapproval from family members and friends for leaving her children with a sitter or in child care.
She may worry about her children while she is away at work during the day, and may also experience guilt about her decision to work outside of home even when it is the only way.
