Getting to the bottom of refund shenanigans

October 15th, 2009

If you’ve ever been denied a refund on an obviously bad or questionable product, you know how frustrating it can be. And what’s possibly more frustrating is when you dig through the terms and services and discover that by using the website you’ve agreed to resolve disputes via arbitration to take place in some strange foreign land.
