He Finally Got a Raise

A friend of mine called me up a little over a week ago, and he told me that he had some pretty great things going on in his life. I asked him what was happening, and he told me that his boss had just told him that he wanted him to be a part of the new internet marketing team that they were setting up at his office. I asked him if it meant that he was going to get a pay raise, and he told me that he was getting a raise, and he wouldn’t have to work as many hours.
