He Finally Learned His Lesson

I think my husband has finally learned his lesson. He used to get a new loan about every other month, and he used credit cards like they were going out of style. I tried to tell him that it would catch up with him eventually, but he insisted that he had plenty of money to pay the bills. However, as I had predicted, there came a day when it wasn’t enough. We came really close to losing our house, and if it hadn’t been for our debt consolidation company, we would have been living on the streets. Now his credit is so bad that he can’t get another loan, but I don’t think he would even if he could.
