Hotel property in London

It’s not every day real estate property opens up in London.  Especially hotel real estate.  When I heard that a company was selling their commercial property london.  I had to jump all over it.  I knew it would be a great spot to build a brand new hotel and conference area.  It is going to be a huge investment, but when it is all finished it will be so amazing.  I am hoping that this leads to other opportunities to do more hotels.  It is a part of the real estate business that I want to get more involved with.
