How can leadership skills help manage a persons time.

If a person is rather passive and does not know how to take charge, they may linger around on their to do list and this cause time to slip by. But, if you could learn leadership skills, this not only helps in directing other people but it also helps in allowing a person to learn to take charge. You can learn to take charge of your time like you would a group of people and do the things that need to be done while not getting flustered over the ticking clock because getting that overwhelming feeling is the cause of procrastination.
