How to be a good property manager

Businesses that do any kind of property management are sometimes hated and sometimes loved. They are loved if they have good people who have any kind of human compassion. And they are loved if they use a good piece of property management software.
But they are hated if they act like machines that are just there to take your rent and nothing else. In fact, those types of companies have given the good property managers a bad name because of it. If I were ever a part of a property management company, I would put good software in place, then I would give my people some training on how to act like responsible human beings.
