All you have to do is either fill out the form online, or give them a number to call you at home. They will be happy to talk with you and explain all the different type policies and how they work and how much it would cost you. You need to be honest about your health and all that stuff or your policy might end up worthless if you lie. And they will give you a free term life insurance quote or any other kind you desire to inquire about. No problem, that is their job, and it is how they sell the policies.
