Although a number of foreign currency traders trade either purely as a hobby or trade ‘on the side’ while still continuing in full-time employment, a growing number of traders are also choosing to trade full-time once they have got the hang of trading and start to turn a reasonable and consistent profit. True success in trading however comes from understanding the constantly changing nature of the market and the importance of keeping abreast of the continually updating flow of information which comes into the market steadily throughout the 24 hours of every day. This in effect requires the truly successful traders to understand that learning to trade forex is not something which you simply do before you start trading, but is a process which is ongoing throughout your trading career.
