Looking to Buy Medical Billing Software

I have been working out of my house for a little while now doing billing for independent contractors. I have been thinking about branching out to medical professionals as well, but before I do, I am looking to buy medical billing software. I want to make any new work that I pick up as easy as possible. I have been busy lately and could handle some more work but only if I can do it quickly and efficiently. I have been looking at my options on the Internet and there seem to be a few affordable and easy to use software out there.
