Management software reviews and privacy/security

January 21st, 2008

All managers must retain and manage employee information that is considered private and confidential. When consulting management software reviews to determine what will be the best application for your needs, make sure that the application is designed to encrypt or otherwise protect this type of sensitive information. It will also be necessary to have this type of protection because, as a manager, you may also handle important internal documentation that should not be released to the public at large. If prying eyes can get inside your software application, irreparable harm can be done to your business enterprise — make sure you have adequate safeguards in place.
