When a realtor refers someone, they want to be sure that person is going to take good care of their clients. When you are an expert in a niche, they know that they can send those niche customers to you with confidence. One of the many benefits to having a blog for mortgage marketing is for when you are dealing with a customer that is out of state, and you would never have the opportunity to meet them face to face. Take a moment and consider your current position. Look at your communication pieces, which is commonly how agents position your services in their mind, if it’s their primary exposure to your business.
