My Fear of Facebook

I’m on Facebook, and yeah, it’s fun. But, I kind of get nervous now and then about making a Facebook faux pas. Because I work in Ann Arbor advertising, I like the connections socially and I like to see what kinds of advertising happens on sites like that. But recently I’ve heard horror stories about Facebook. Here are a few examples: The guy who posts about his waffling over a job offer only to have the company see it and rescind the offer, the guy who left a suicide note on his profile, and the guy who got arrested because he left his graffiti design on his profile and the cops discovered it. I’m not worried about doing something that stupid, but still…
