Outside help to improve my small business stock control
February 5th, 2008
I recently hired a mentor to help me improve my business and take it to the next level. The aim is to cut down on expenses, improve profits and free up the time to do other things with my life. Having someone that can objectively evaluate your business is a great idea. Sometime you just don’t see the obvious. Making some small changes can have a big effect on the way you go about your operations. One of the things that my mentor noticed was that I have too much money invested in stock. He suggested a new way to do my small business stock control. This will free up money that can be better allocated to other areas of the business.
