Points concerning online degree courses

The latest development concerning the distance mode of education is the emergence of the online type of classes. The various kinds of Online Degree Courses use the internet as a common platform on which classes are hosted. The latest entrant in the online degree courses is the community called Second life. This is a virtual world in three dimension. This community has accepted various online degree courses. There is at least one instance in which an entire course was conducted through the Second life. The Open University of London is supposed to have accepted the second Life delivery technology to conduct online classes and test and evaluate students.
