Safe Bet

I have been consulting with my lawyer about a relatively safe bet for my money to invest in. We have looked over the burger king franchise restaurant agreement and we both have decided that this would be a great avenue to look into. I have already opened a few other franchise stores, not necessarily fast food, and they have been a great addition to my portfolio. I like opening up franchises because most of the hard work has already been done in deciding the menu, looks, etc. and I just need to show up with the capital to complete the restaurant.
