Searching Online for a Good Low Interest Debt Consolidation Loan

I was looking at my credit card bills the other day. I have a few high balances that I feel like I have been trying to pay off for years but am not getting any where. I need to send each of them money every month but I think in the end, I am just paying the interest on them. I have been searching online for a good low interest debt consolidation loan. I called my bank but they do not offer what I am looking for. They could give me a personal loan but that would just be one more bill to pay. I am hoping to find something so that I can start working down these credit card bill balances.
