They will ask you questions to get you focused on what your goals are and how to achieve them. One of the things you will have to address is funding a restaurant. What is the best way? One of the lenses said that it is important to line up options for emergency funding, just in case you have trouble making ends meet, for whatever reason, such as running across a slow quarter.
