Should I Join?

I am sometimes more cautious than my husband; luckily we are not usually cautious about the same things.  When it came to deciding whether or not I should join a site that assisted in home business set up, I was in a quandary.  there are so many scams around; sometimes I think they got the idea from a website!  So, how do I know which to trust?  I did some research about it, and for my part, I want to make sure that the directories of businesses they list  have shown a proven record, such as being in business for at least three years.
